When you apply for a position through a form on this site, we receive the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number, the state or city you are based in, and your note about the role. We also record the position you applied to, the date and time, the campaign or referral source that brought you to the page, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. That is the complete list — there is no file upload, no account, and no tracking or advertising cookie on this site.
If you contact us as an employer, we keep the business contact details and the brief you send us, for as long as we are working together and for our own records afterwards.
To assess your application, to contact you about it, and to consider you for similar roles we are asked to fill. Technical details such as IP address and user-agent are kept only to identify automated submissions and abuse of the form.
Applications are read by the Travelrf team in Mumbai and, for the US desk position, by the colleague running that search. If we shortlist you, we share your details with the specific employer for that role — and only after telling you which employer it is. We do not sell, rent or trade candidate data, and we do not pass it to any other agency.
Applications are kept for twenty-four months from the date you apply, then deleted. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we do it and confirm by email.
Write to careers@verefest.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Please put the role name in the subject so we can find your record quickly. We answer these within seven working days.
The site is served over HTTPS. Applications are stored on our own server, outside the public web directory, and are not reachable from the internet.
Travelrf is paid by the employers who hire through us. Candidates pay nothing, ever. We do not charge a registration, training, placement, documentation or processing fee, and we will never ask an applicant to send money, share bank credentials, or buy anything as part of a hiring process. If someone approaches you using our name and asks for payment, it is not us — call the office on +91 98200 66491 and tell us.
We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. If you arrive from a campaign link, the campaign tag in the URL is held in your browser's session storage so the application form can record where you came from. It is cleared when you close the tab.
